2026 TCS Sydney Marathon - August 30, 2026

Team for Kids runners receive guaranteed entry to the 2026 TCS Sydney Marathon while raising critical funds to support NYRR youth and community programs, including Rising New York Road Runners. Rising New York Road Runners - NYRR’s free youth program and events platform - helps to build students’ motivation, confidence, and desire to be physically active for life. You can help further that mission and inspire the next generation of runners and athletes by running with Team for Kids in the 2026 TCS Sydney Marathon!

Runners who already have an entry OR with a deferred entry should email teamforkids@nyrr.org for sign-up instructions.

Fundraising Commitment

Team for Kids runners commit to fundraising a minimum of $2,400, due in full by 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The sign-up process requires a payment method to be saved to your profile. If the fundraising pledge is not met, the remaining balance is charged to the card on file on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Additionally, 30% ($720) of your fundraising commitment must be fundraised or donated by Thursday, April 9, 2026 to be invited to register for the event. NYRR will charge any balance of this initial $720 to the credit card on file on Friday, April 10, 2026.

In addition to the fundraising pledge, TFK members are responsible for a $107 TFK sign-up fee and the race registration fee.
